Do you charge per sales channel?
No. One plan covers every channel you connect — Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Square and WooCommerce. Your plan is based on your combined monthly order volume, not how many channels you sell through. Per-channel tools can cost two or three times more for the same setup.
What counts as an order?
A sales order from any connected channel, counted across all channels combined for the month. Refunds, fees and adjustments don't count toward your order band.
What if I go over my plan's band?
New posting pauses until you upgrade — or until the band resets on the 1st. Your posted books, exports and period close are never locked, and nothing is deleted. Past Scale's 20,000 orders a month, contact us for volume pricing.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free trial needs no card — connect a channel, link Xero, and post your first 3 settlements with every feature unlocked. Pick a plan only when you're ready to keep posting.
Which accounting systems can I post to?
Xero today, on every plan, including all 18 EU Amazon marketplaces. QuickBooks Online support is coming soon.
